the provider that I saw did not seem to be very knowledgeable about pre-travel health. I am not sure if it is a part of training to work in a CVS minute clinic but you could consider adding some educational training for your providers if you do not already. she looked up the same information on the CDC website that i already had prior to making the appointment, which is fine as this is a good resource. I was there for a pre-travel appointment and to get my typhoid vaccine. Unfortunately, she also injected the vaccine into my shoulder joint, and I have moderate to severe pain and may have shoulder injury related to vaccine administration which could have been completely avoidable. I am going to have to seek treatment for this, and I now don't even know If I am going to have adequate immunity for the vaccine that I received. which was also not covered by insurance. I am very upset and frustrated by this. vaccine administration injuries are completely avoidable, especially this one, as it was placed way too high

The Nurse Practitioner on duty was very kind, knowledgeable, empathetic and professional. The Provider is her name…she did not provide it I had to ask. Her care was very professional and I would recommend her help to everyone.

The practitioner was very courteous, knowledgeable, and reassuring. I ended up having Providerut in one of my toes and needed two medication; both were ready within 15 minutes. Everything went very smoothly.

She was very nice and she really helps me out a lot. I will always ask for her because she is a really really nice lady.

I was next up for my visit. And the provider open the door said she had an emergency and left. Everyone waiting told us to come back at 2 PM. I asked her if I had to reschedule my appointment for 2 PM and she told me no that she would take me first when she got back, I came back at 1:30 PM to make sure I was first in line and she took two other people before me..While I understand if their was an emergency, but it seemed a little hard to believe, I think she was falling behind earlier in the day and then needed to take her lunch break from 1-2pm(it was stated on door) I feel she handled this the wrong way
